CUSTOMER RETURNS
TLD offers easy and convenient 30 day returns and exchange program. You are able to return unused product for a credit to purchase a replacement product or refund (shipping fees NOT included.)
To process your return, you will need to provide:
- Your Order number from your confirmation email or your My Account page
- Postal code associated with the order
To start the return process and receive your Return Authorization Label (RA#) please click here start a return
Please note: RA#’s are valid for 30 days and will not be accepted if received after 30 days.
After the product is received (7-10 business days), a credit memo will be emailed as proof of receipt and refund. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your refund is processed for it to post to your account.
- Sale items are eligible for exchanges of similar items.
- Items must be new and include the tags.
- Exchanges will be processed as a refund and a replacement order will need to be placed separately

1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a purchase through Troy Lee Designs, you agree to be bound by these "All Sales Are Final" terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with these terms, do not proceed with your purchase.

2.1. Once a sale item is purchased from Troy Lee Designs, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, except as expressly stated in these terms.
2.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item you are purchasing meets your requirements and expectations. If you have any questions or concerns about a product or service, please contact our customer support team before making a purchase.
3. Exceptions to the "All Sales Are Final" Policy
3.1. Troy Lee Designs may, at its sole discretion, consider exceptions to the "All Sales Are Final" policy in the following circumstances:

Product or Service Defect: If the product or service you receive is defective or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We may provide a replacement or issue a refund in such cases.

Compliance with Applicable Laws: If required by applicable laws and regulations, we will adhere to legal obligations regarding returns and refunds.
4. Cancellations
4.1. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and payment has been received, except as provided in section 3.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1. All prices for products are displayed in CAD. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
6. Changes to Terms
6.1. Troy Lee Designs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

8. Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Riverside County . Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riverside County.

WARRANTIES
At Troy Lee Designs, we take great pride in the quality and fit in each of our products for 1-year after purchase. All Bike and Moto helmets, however, have a 3-year warranty from the date of original retail purchase. We will stand behind them 100%. If for any reason, you have not been completely satisfied, TLD will provide the following warranty policy.
We offer virtual warranty inspection on all our products by sending an email with photos to canadacs@troyleedesigns.com. The warranty policy covers the product only in the case of manufacture defect. It does not cover products damaged due to crashes, normal wear and tear, negligence, improper care, natural breaking or fading of colors and materials over time and/or exposure.
TLD may request the defective product for further inspection. If so, a prepaid return label will be emailed. Once received and inspected, a replacement of the same or "like" item will be shipped.
You will be contacted once the inspection is completed and informed on what action will be taken.
