POSITION SUMMARY

The Sr. Graphic Designer will have advanced skills and experience in creating visual solutions for various projects. They will design and create compelling marketing materials, edit product photography for high-quality output, and support Marketing and other departments with various graphic design and creative concepting needs. You will contribute your creative vision while adhering to deadlines and maintaining our brand’s high standards.

Troy Lee Designs is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Graphic Designer with expert-level skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. You'll be a critical contributor to the visual identity of an industry-defining brand and be responsible for bringing to life the creative direction of Troy Lee Designs.

This position requires a critical eye for graphic design and photography, exceptional technical skills, and the ability to execute the Graphic Design Director's creative vision. A strong understanding of the motocross, off-road, and mountain bike industries—including current trends, athletes, products, and culture—is a strong plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design digital images and marketing materials for social media and other platforms.
  • The ability to manage design workflow and timelines.
  • Storyboard design and video concepts for the marketing team.
  • Collaborate on layout, typography, and photography decisions.
  • Conduct market research to inform design strategies.
  • Take direction from senior staff and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Adhere to project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Work on diverse projects including illustrations, point-of-purchase displays, retail materials, catalogs, and event graphics.
  • Generate fresh concepts that align with brand identity.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives.
  • Consult with the design team to maintain cohesive brand representation.
  • Stay current with industry developments and design trends.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials.
  • Work on the development of brand identities, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
  • Take lead on photo shoots in-house and with outside vendors. These include ecomm, studio and action shoots.
  • Working knowledge of shooting studio photograpghy.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Support the design process by preparing presentations and mockups for internal and client reviews.
  • Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Organize and maintain design files and assets in an orderly manner.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-8 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, preferred.
  • Expert design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for design.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.
  • Knowledge or experience in the action sports industry.

HR & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Support HR with document preparation, filing, onboarding/offboarding, and employee record management.
  • Assist with scheduling trainings, employee events, and internal communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality while supporting timekeeping follow-up, simple payroll admin tasks, and general HR workflows.

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant to join our finance team, reporting to the Accounting Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing regular account reconciliations, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong foundation in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and a commitment to data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Ledger Maintenance: Record, verify, and post daily financial transactions to ensure the general ledger is accurate and up to date.
  • Account Reconciliations: Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accounts receivable, accounts payable and various other balance sheet accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Month-End/Year-End Close: Prepare journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules to ensure timely and accurate financial closings.
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure all accounting activities comply with GAAP and assist with external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Operational Accounting: Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, ensuring proper coding and approvals for all transactions.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of professional accounting experience, experience in public accounting or a similar industry, a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with different departments.

SUMMARY

Troy Lee Designs, the leading brand in Off-Road Moto and Mountain Bike gear, protection, and accessories, is looking for a Custom Painter / Airbrush Artist to join our elite paint team. Our Artists are responsible for creating high quality custom paint jobs, graphics, and airbrush designs for pro-athletes and retails customers.

  • Accurately reproduce a painted design or illustration via sketched drawings.
  • Mix and apply paint to ensure proper paint coverage.
  • Ability to work on curved surfaces with tape, stencils and paint masks.
  • Create freehand designs to produce finished products, as portrayed in production drawings and renderings.
  • Prep and repair different types of surfaces, including filling and sanding imperfections.
  • Maintain accurate records of labor time and materials used.
  • Use, maintain, and clean airbrushes, paint guns, and other paint shop equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area while observing and implementing proper safety practices.
  • Assist other Artists with Maintaining Paint spray booth and other shop equipment.
  • Follow the daily and weekly schedule while prioritizing projects in order to meet deadlines.
  • Timely communication with other departments regarding questions and concerns surrounding quality, timeline and/or other work-related issues.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have previous experience with prepping, sanding and repairing surfaces, masking, mixing and spraying various primers and paints.
