Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant to join our finance team, reporting to the Accounting Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing regular account reconciliations, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong foundation in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and a commitment to data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Ledger Maintenance: Record, verify, and post daily financial transactions to ensure the general ledger is accurate and up to date.
  • Account Reconciliations: Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accounts receivable, accounts payable and various other balance sheet accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Month-End/Year-End Close: Prepare journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules to ensure timely and accurate financial closings.
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure all accounting activities comply with GAAP and assist with external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Operational Accounting: Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, ensuring proper coding and approvals for all transactions.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of professional accounting experience, experience in public accounting or a similar industry, a plus.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with different departments.

  • Proficiency in accounting software like NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.

Summary

As the Global eCommerce Manager, you will be fully responsible for driving revenue, ensuring profitability, and delivering a seamless, optimized user journey from discovery to checkout. With end-to-end accountability, you will lead our digital strategy, manage site performance, conduct data-driven optimizations, and oversee quality assurance testing. You will also ensure digital and physical assets align with Brand and eCommerce goals, working with in-house or outsourced resources as needed. Success is measured by clear KPIs, and you'll have full access to inventory, budget, and a supportive team to execute the vision. Reporting to the Director Global Sales Operations, you will provide regular, detailed updates on all eCommerce activities, allowing for alignment on goals and outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth, Profitability and P&L Ownership: Own the ecommerce P&L and oversee all aspects of ecommerce performance to drive both revenue and profitability. Partner with Finance to track margin, ad spend, and variable costs (using tools such as Triple Whale), and ensure promotions, discounts, and channel mix align with financial goals.
  • User Journey Optimization: Take full responsibility for the user journey, ensuring every touchpoint—from landing to checkout—is intuitive, frictionless, and designed for maximum engagement. Conduct rigorous market analysis and quality assurance testing to identify and address pain points, optimizing all aspects of the user experience.
  • UI/UX Oversight: While not directly responsible for UI/UX design, you will oversee the user experience, ensuring the design team's work meets the highest standards of functionality and aesthetic appeal. Implement A/B testing and iterate based on data-driven insights to enhance site usability and overall user satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis & Quality Assurance: Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand where users excel or disengage. Utilize insights to refine the digital experience, minimize bounce rates, and drive conversions. Oversee regular quality assurance tests to ensure seamless site performance and to proactively address potential user challenges.
  • Amazon Marketplace Oversight: Lead the team responsible for Amazon and other marketplaces, setting targets, reviewing performance, and aligning assortment, pricing, and content with overall ecommerce strategy.
  • Asset Coordination: Collaborate closely with social media and media teams to determine website needs, such as videos, photoshoots, and digital assets. Be proactive in securing these assets, utilizing in-house resources or securing approval for outsourcing as needed.
  • Marketing Strategy & Performance: Partner with the Marketing team to execute digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, SMS, and social media, providing ecommerce insights and requirements. Support optimization of ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates by sharing performance data and on-site learnings.
  • 3PL & Logistics Management: Partner with the Logistics and 3PL teams to ensure ecommerce orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, providing forecasts and requirements. Support ongoing reviews of shipping options, SLAs, and packaging to balance customer experience, cost, and delivery speed.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide weekly or more frequent reports to the C-suite detailing eCommerce performance, challenges, and opportunities. Collaborate with the accounting team to produce financial insights and maintain transparency on profitability, cost of goods, and overall ROI. Your reports will outline what has been done, what's in progress, and future plans, creating a clear roadmap for department goals.
  • Product Development Collaboration: While primary product development is driven by our brand, you will have ample opportunity to contribute insights and feedback to refine or develop new products that drive eCommerce growth. As a direct report to the Director Global Sales, your contributions directly influence product success, enabling mutual growth through potential profit-sharing.
  • Team Building & Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead and grow an eCommerce team, taking full ownership of all digital initiatives. Work closely with product development, operations, and marketing to ensure flawless campaign rollouts, coordinated product launches, and a unified brand message.

Experience Requirements

Generally, requires a minimum of three to five (3-5) years of progressively responsible experience in eCommerce, ideally in the Moto and Bike Industry. Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills. Systems knowledge in Shopify, Asana, and Amazon. NetSuite is a plus.

Education Requirements

High school diploma required. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in related field preferred.

SUMMARY

Troy Lee Designs is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Paint Shop Assistant to support daily operations within our paint shop department. The ideal candidate will assist with preparation, painting, finishing, and general maintenance tasks to ensure high-quality finishes on various products or surfaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The successful candidate will be willing to work towards the next level of becoming a customer painter for the world’s fastest racers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Disassemble, remove, and store components from helmets and other various projects.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning parts or materials.
  • Sanding by hand in preparation for painting.
  • Reassembly upon completion of paint.
  • Assist in the application of paint using spray guns or other equipment under supervision.
  • Load and unload items to and from painting areas, ensuring careful handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the paint shop and personal workspace, including tools and equipment.
  • Assist with minor maintenance of paint booths and related machinery.
  • Pack, process, and ship paint shop packages.
  • Attention to detail
  • Timely communication within the department regarding questions and concerns surrounding quality, timeline and/or other work-related issues.
  • Follow all safety and environmental guidelines for handling chemicals and materials.
  • Support our Designer/Painters and other team members as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in a paint shop, auto body, or manufacturing environment is an asset but not required.
  • A willingness to learn general base coating, painting and clear coating with a spray gun.
  • Ability to work with paints, solvents, and chemicals safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good physical condition; able to lift and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required (respirator, goggles, gloves, etc.)
  • Ability to use and/or operate basic hand tools (manual and power-driven).

SUMMARY

Troy Lee Designs, the leading brand in Off-Road Moto and Mountain Bike gear, protection, and accessories, is looking for a Custom Painter / Airbrush Artist to join our elite paint team. Our Artists are responsible for creating high quality custom paint jobs, graphics, and airbrush designs for pro-athletes and retails customers.

  • Accurately reproduce a painted design or illustration via sketched drawings.
  • Mix and apply paint to ensure proper paint coverage.
  • Ability to work on curved surfaces with tape, stencils and paint masks.
  • Create freehand designs to produce finished products, as portrayed in production drawings and renderings.
  • Prep and repair different types of surfaces, including filling and sanding imperfections.
  • Maintain accurate records of labor time and materials used.
  • Use, maintain, and clean airbrushes, paint guns, and other paint shop equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area while observing and implementing proper safety practices.
  • Assist other Artists with Maintaining Paint spray booth and other shop equipment.
  • Follow the daily and weekly schedule while prioritizing projects in order to meet deadlines.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have previous experience with prepping, sanding and repairing surfaces, masking, mixing and spraying various primers and paints.

  • Ability to use and/or operate basic hand tools (manual and power-driven).
  • General mechanical aptitude.

JUDGEMENT/REASONING ABILITY: Ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy. Requires ability to use judgment and reasoning skills and determine when issues need to be escalated.
