ANAHEIM (Jan 5, 2019) – Despite the evening rain showers and slick track conditions throughout the night on Saturday, Troy Lee Designs/ Red Bull / KTM Athlete, Shane McElrath was able to get off to a good start in the 250 SX Main Event grabbing hold of the first Holeshot this season. After battling with Ferrandis and the muddy conditions of the track Shane landed himself a spot on the podium with a 3rd place overall finish for the night. Shane McElrath will sit in 3rd place currently for the 250 SX Western Regional Supercross Series capturing 21pts as we head into Glendale, AZ on January 12th at State Farm Stadium.
