Corona, Calif. (November 21, 2017) – Troy Lee Designs’ Cody Webb ended the EnduroCross season with another dominating win, bringing his win total to six while capturing his third career championship. Kacy Martinez raced to a second-place finish in the Women’s Class, finishing second overall in the championship standings.
It was a dream night for Webb who started the day with the fastest hot lap. He translated that speed to his semi race, easily transferring to the main event. After a mid-pack start in the final main event of the year, Webb kept his cool and made his way up into the lead by the halfway mark. He ticked off steady laps in the final moments of the race to finish ahead of the runner up by nearly 10 seconds.
Martinez had her eyes on the podium for the final Women’s Class race of the season. The tough Ontario track put her skills to the test, but after holding off third place Martinez captured her second runner-up finish of the season. After taking 2016 off from EnduroCross, Martinez was able to earn a podium finish at each event of the season, helping propel her to second overall in the points standings.
Webb and Martinez were wearing the KTM Powerwear from the 2018 collection at the final EnduroCross of the season. Click to find your
